Voting Question: I want to change my internet provider. help plz?

Right now i have embarq and it sucks baaad...i play computer games like counter strike and tf2 and that stuff and i always have a terrible ping. the embarq plan we have now covers the home phone and the internet. we are going to get rid of the home phone because nobody really calls that phone. we have a laptop and a desktop so i would like it to be pretty good/decent speed if were both using the computer. i live in washington (yakima valley(grandview if you want to get specific)) what are some good providers in my area? and i want it to be fast but pretty cheap. thx...
